Coulomb's law is the static limit of the inhomogenous Maxwell equations.

The motto in this section is: *the higher the level of abstraction, the better*.

- $F$ is the force between the two charged objects.
- $k_e$ is Coulomb's contant.
- $q_1$ and $q_2$ are the charges of the two objects in questions.
- $r$ is the distance between the two charged objects.
